The most expensive home sale the Phoenix Business Journal recorded in November was an 8,750-square-foot Spanish Colonial-style estate in Scottsdale that sold for nearly $823 per square foot.

The 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 27445 N 98th Place in Scottsdale was built in 2005 and sits just off the private Estancia Golf Club. It was purchased by David W. Fesyk for $7.2 million. It was sold by Burns Revocable Trust.

The home features hand-carved stone mantels, custom-forged iron work, stone slab surfaces and plastered walls. It includes multiple patios with views of the western horizon and overlooks the golf course.

This home was the most expensive home sale the Phoenix Business Journal reported in the month of November even though the sale closed on the final day of October. A list of dozens of the most valuable Phoenix-area home sales runs each week in the print edition of the Phoenix Business Journal, and each month we compile the Top 10 online.
