The most expensive home sale the Phoenix Business Journal recorded in October was a 7,232-square-foot Scottsdale mansion with desert and city views.

The 5-bedroom, 7-bath home at 10935 E. Grandview Way, built in 2009, sits on 1.35 acres, and was purchased by Robert Bove for $4.725 million. It was sold by Glen Wysel.

The home features a circular drive with custom wood gate and three-car garage, as well as a family room with retractable glass doors for indoor/outdoor living. Each bedroom includes Juliet balconies, and it even features solar panels.

This home was the most expensive home sale the Phoenix Business Journal reported in the month of October even though the sale closed in September.
